有那些货品不能空运呢？
*冒牌，电子，液体，面膜，粉末，化妆品，带电池，带磁性的不能运，货物被充公不做赔偿，请谅解。谢谢。
一般5-6天马来西亚。如海关查货，扣货，航班延误，气候影响，会导致派送延迟1-2天。
* *小量货（30KG以下）一般安全通过不会抽税

Generally 5-6 days to Malaysia .Such as customs cargo inspection,cargo buckle,flight delays,weather effects and would result in delivery delays of 1-2 days.
**Generally safety will not be taxed for small amount of goods (30KG below) only.

21KG以上 RM6/KG + 本地运费   

      0.2立方rm110 + 本地邮费（根据邮寄住址计算）之后每个0.1立方+ rm55.00 
( 名牌和以下敏感物品另计)

每个星期有船期。17天-20天或一个月到达，之后通知你运费，收到汇款后订购。

海运运的计算法
海运运费是根据实际的重量或者“体积”的重量，视何者为重为准。体积重量就是所谓的Volume Metric。

1．计费重量单位：

a)重量不足0.5KG的按0.5KG算。

例子：实际重量3.35kg 会按 3.5kg算。 实际重量3.6kg,会按4kg算。

2) Volume Metric体积计算公式（泡重） 

最长（cm）×最宽(cm)×最高(cm)÷6000=重量（KG）。

实际重量和体积重量，选最重的。

海运都是以最重的重量来计算的，一定要看清楚这个算法，避免以后不必要的误会。

海运要注意什么？
*带有粉末，液体，冒牌，名牌，手机， 成人用品，DVD，VCD,需另通知，价钱不同。（CD，DCD一两片可以）


海运不能运的东西：
**危险、化学及尖利物品、液体粉末、药物、翻版物品、宠物、首饰、贵重金属与宝石、烟草、色情物品、名牌，高仿名牌，仿名牌、易腐坏、酒类等等一律不能运

Schedules each week .17 days -20days or a month to arrive，let you know the fees of delivery charge.after received your payment  3 days will be to your home.

1)Roundung charges 

Example:Actual weight of 3.35kg would be rounded to 3.5kg.

       Actual weight of 3.6kg would rounded to 4.0kg

2)Volumetric weight

[Length(cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)]/6000= Weight（Kg）

Actual weight and volume weight , choose the heaviest.

Shipping is the heaviest weight of the order , We must look  at the algorithm and avuid unnecesaary misunderstandings.

What to pay attention to shipping?
* with a powder .liquid,counterfeit ,branded  , handphone ,adult products,DVD,VCD, Pls let us know .There are difference price .( few pcs CD and DVD is ok) 


What can not send by SEA?
** Dangerous chemicals and sharp objects ,liquid powder,drugs,pirated goods,pets,jewelry ,precious metals and precious stones ,tobacco,pornography,brand names,high imitation brand names,fake brand-name , perishable , wine and socan not be transport.

东马（sabah）：一般首500gm RM7.00,续250gm加RM2.00(maximum 2kg) **以上价格是2KG以内的价格，多于2KG邮费另计，还未包括邮寄的一些附加费。

West malaysia : General First 500gm RM4.5, continued 250gm plus RM1.00  (maximum 2 kg)

East Malaysia (sarawak)General First 500gm RM6.5 ,continued 250gm plus RM1.5 (maximum 2kg)

East malaysia  (sabah): General first 500gm RM7.00,continued 250gm plus RM2.00 (maximum2kg)

2)   货品到达后，我将会秤重量再通知客户中国到马来西亚和国内邮费。(运费请参考海运，空运，本地运费)
3）也接受面交货。(只接受星期六和星期日，地点待通知)
*会通知客户汇款至chianpost2u的银行帐户姓名和账户号码。（市面上出现很多不法之徒，所以不在网上公开）

1)客户一旦下单付款后，本店一律不接受退款/退货等。（就不能再添加，删减货物，客户取消将不退款）。

2)客户若要添加，请重新下单。

3)如果产品无货，将100%退款给客户，绝不欺诈 。

4)由于货品质量不在本店控制范围内，物品好坏各位自行判断，本店一概不负责。

5)若货物在邮寄过程中遗失、损坏或卖家给少货、给错颜色或货物， 本店将不承担任何亏损。

6)如果货物不能在同一时间收到，而客户想要分开寄出，本地邮费就得分两次付。

7)如果遇到缺货，要重新订购的话，日期也是重新算起。

8)要订购的货物若超过10个，请向我索取订购单，以方便计算。

9)客户下单了就表示你同意本店所定的规则。

10)本店有权更改/撤除/增加其他规则。
